Management needs to address cleanliness in rooms and hallways more thoroughly!!! The gym equipment and some room features require immediate maintenance attention!!! The absence of proper pet policy enforcement is disappointing!!!

The staff went above and beyond during my stay, especially Lexie, who assisted me with my luggage and made sure I was comfortable. The breakfast was varied and satisfying.

Unfortunately, the drain in the bathtub was clogged, and the cleanliness in the bathroom left much to be desired, with hair and other grime present.

Exactly what I think – no more, no less

The breakfast was top-notch! A great variety that was fresh and delicious, including my husband’s favorite omelets. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were happy, making this a memorable stay. However, there were some issues with room cleanliness that detracted from the experience.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful upon arrival, which made the experience much more pleasant.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the bathroom was below standard, with hair and dirt on the floor.

It was just a commendable fit for a budget stay in Stephenville, great for the money. I enjoyed the varied breakfast options, especially the freshly made waffles, which were a nice surprise. Be mindful of the cleanliness in the bathroom areas before using them.

The friendly staff made a positive impression, and I especially appreciated the complimentary water during check-in. However, the cleanliness wasn't up to par, with some sticky surfaces that could’ve used better attention. A mixed experience overall, but the warmth of the team stood out.

We enjoyed our stay exploring the local shops and hanging out with our two dogs at the park nearby. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast selection was tasty, especially the freshly made waffles. A great place for families!

My kids wished the hotel had more family activities.

Additionally, the indoor pool, while nice, could not fully compensate for this letdown in amenities.

I was impressed by the cleanliness and spaciousness of my room, which featured large picture windows that flooded the space with natural light. The staff, especially Jen, were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay.

Improved elevator accessibility for seniors would be beneficial.

I had a pleasant experience overall at the Hampton Inn in Stephenville, with some pros and cons. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff, particularly Alyshia, was exceptionally helpful. The indoor pool was a nice feature, perfect for winding down. I appreciated the evening socials from Monday to Thursday, adding a touch of warmth to the stay. Breakfast options were varied with good biscuits and gravy, but they didn’t serve it every day. My room felt spacious, but some furniture layout was odd, especially the wall-mounted nightstands making it hard to check the clock. I noticed some cleanliness issues in the public areas, particularly the trash dumpster needed attention. I also experienced a problem with the hot water. the temperature fluctuated, which was a bit frustrating. Altogether, my stay was enjoyable, although a few adjustments would enhance future visits.

Location of the place was great and my Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was comfortable. The breakfast on Wednesday was a highlight. I appreciated the variety and quality offered. The staff ensured everything was restocked promptly. Overall, a solid experience! 🌟
